To begin with, I desire for my graphic design career to be thriving in five years’ time. By then I should have my Bachelor’s degree from a renowned university. Ideally, I would have a cozy wooden cabin in a forest near lush, green mountains, and in close proximity to the ocean or a substantial lake or river. I would like this cabin to be powered by solar panels or other renewable resources as much as possible. A hope to have a fenced garden in the back where I grow most of my own organic fruits and vegetables. I anticipate to have a couple pets, maybe a cat, dog, and pig that run around freely through the forest. Also, I would put out food for other animals like deer, rabbits, raccoons and birds and try to befriend them. Mainly, I want to have this cabin so I can spend time spiritually connecting with nature on a daily bases and learning from it, well I believe nature is the greatest teacher. My intensions are not to completely secluded myself from society though, I would prefer to have a town be a fifteen to thirty-minute drive always. I would in addition enjoy having a small van to take road trips and travel around to national parks when my schedule permits.
All in all, I realize the desire to achieve these goals in five years can create a longing and sense that happiness is not yet reached, as if it were a finish line reserved particularly for the future. But I know that true happiness only exists in the present moment, well the present moment is all I will ever truly have. These goals are beneficial solely as motivations for the actions I decide to take today, but I am already fully satisfied no matter what has in store for me in five
