According to Svinicki and McKeachie (2011), It 's important to develop interest in further learning and provide a bas of concepts and skills that will facilitate further learning, thinking, and appreciation. When addressing adults you have to a little more careful. When adult comes back to school at a later age, their focus and more goal oriented, so you have to prepared for the type of learner. According to Cacalieri, Tejes, Van Pelt, (1999) there are four types of learning styles for adults: (To the right)
You have to have something planned for each type of learner, such as for the Dynamic and Analytical learners, the will be good with lectures, but for your Imaginative and Common sense learner, you have to do something that will stimulate their mind, such as an outside activity or simulated computer games

How do you intend on motivating your students. This subject matter can be a little challenging depending on your classroom dynamics. Because researchers say motivation is either choice, effort, or persistence. You have to find out what motivates your students and grades are not always the answer.
Some students can simply be motivated by your praise, while others need you to pull their leg, so they can perform. Maybe offer up a writing challenge or something that will draw them into the learning

In today’s society, the ordinary classroom is no longer how it used to be over 10 to five years ago. The education system in the United States can no longer rely on traditions such as the teacher standing in front of the classroom, and dictating what needs to be done until it is time to move to another subject. Over the years classrooms have evolved tremendously and it is also import that everyone knows and has respect for that change. In order to implement PBL, according to Liu, Geurtz, Lee, and Chang, The roles of the teacher, student and classroom interactions would need to be identified. This would ensure that everything would go according to plan. Along with that several beneficial problems will be developed such as capturing the interest of the students by relating things to issues in the real world, drawing on the students have previously learned and their past experiences, integrating content objectives with problem solving skills, and requiring a cooperative, multi-staged method to
