When addressing adults you have to a little more careful. When adult comes back to school at a later age, their focus and more goal oriented, so you have to prepared for the type of learner. You have to have something planned for each type of learner, such as for the Dynamic and Analytical learners, the will be good with lectures, but for your Imaginative and Common sense learner, you have to do something that will stimulate their mind, such as an outside activity or simulated computer games
How do you intend on motivating your students. This subject matter can be a little challenging depending on your classroom dynamics. Because researchers say motivation is either choice, effort, or persistence. You have to find out what motivates your students and grades are not always the answer.
