My legacy will be that I always cared for my students and helped them achieve their goals and find their passions. I know that knowledge is the greatest gift of all, so I would like to help my students achieve that. I want my students to see how much I love my job and that I truly enjoy being there with them. I want my students to want the passion that I have for my job for something they will have in the future. I want to show them that I truly care and that I am there for them. I completely agree with this because I feel that by using experimentalism in the classroom you are teaching your students that it is okay to need to be a hands on learner. I think using examples, going on trips and even bringing in items to show students will help them learn. This combines the two philosophies of Idealism and Experimentalism. In conclusion, I have high hopes as a future educator. I have come a long was in my schooling and I have had my ups and my downs and I would like to show others that not just one thing defines you. I know sometimes it feels like there’s no one around that cares enough to help, but I will always be there for my students. It is a huge commitment to become a teacher and I cannot wait to take on the commitment to help others. Many people have played a part in my decision to become a teacher and I am so grateful for them.
