My second goal is to walk three times a week for 30 minutes or more. Now that the warmer weather is here this goal should be easy for me to achieve. I only work three days a week so I think it would be best if I planned on walking on my days off. Although I am a morning person I think I will structure my day to walk around or after lunch time since it will be warmer then and as summer changes move my walk closer to the morning.
