I have been doing the dishes regularly. This has benefited me because it makes my parents happy when they do not have to it. When they see that the dishes are clean and put away, my parents are a lot less stressed when they come home from work. I need to focus more on making my bed everyday. It has been hard to try and do this goal because I am not a morning person and I have to wake up at 5:30 every morning. Waking up this early is very difficult for me and I barely have enough time to get ready for school. My future plans for this goal are to make sure that I have my school bag ready the night before so that I will have time to make my bed. I would give myself an eight out of ten on this goal because I have not gone down in weight but I have been going down a couple of reps when I am sore. The whole point of not going down in weight is to make me stronger, and if I go down in reps that will not benefit me in any way. Increasing the weight that I lift will benefit me by making me stronger and I will feel healthier and stronger. My future plan for this goal is to make sure that I look at my lifting notebook where I keep track of the weight I am lifting.
