My Future Husband Analysis

As a child, I remember thinking of what my life would look like as I grew older. I have drawings of homes I drew up that I wanted to be my future house. Besides my future home, one thought that was always in my little mind was what my future husband would be like. From seeing men on the TV and in movies, saying that's what I want my future husband to look like. Over all the years thinking about my future husband, turns out I have a lot of expectations. There are a lot of musts, but there are also a lot of ones that would help to make me sold on the man. First and foremost, they need to like my family and get along with them. If they can’t, that would be a definite deal breaker. Even if I met the perfect man that checked off all my criteria …show more content…
I truly can’t stand when people are upset because I feel others pain and then that makes me sad. Part of the personality traits I would like them to have would be: caring, honest, kind, funny, and thoughtful. Along with a good personality, there are a few physical features that I would like. These would include: being taller than me, having good hair and abs would be a plus. In addition, they also need to have good hygiene and not be lazy. I would really like for them to have a good job where they can help me support a future family. I like to think that I am funny and have great jokes so I would also like for him to laugh at my jokes, no matter how bad they are just like my friends do. Lastly, I have always wanted a small dog so in my hopes, my future husband would like little dogs such as Yorkies or Bichon Poodles. Overall, this is my criteria for a future husband, I know it may seem that I am asking a lot, but on a few of the musts mentioned earlier I am willing to give a little bit. Everyone has that perfect person for them out there and even though this length of criteria seems extreme, I really believe that I will find someone with these qualities that will be able to deal with my high maintenance and high …show more content…
Surprisingly, what my mom wants in my future husband is almost all of what I want in my future husband. My mom’s answers were must be able to cook or like my three favorite foods. Which I do want this in my future husband because I can’t cook and I am a very picky eater so it is hard to make foods I like such as chicken nuggets, specific types of pasta, and the occasional pizza. A few of my mom’s other answers include: kind, generous, loving, supportive, happy, hardworking, funny, and compassionate. I would love all of these characteristics in a future husband and I’m glad my mom would like these characteristics also. One surprising answer my mom said was that they like to stay home, but also willing to travel. I love the idea of this trait and I’m really surprised that my mom thought of this. I absolutely love traveling, but haven’t been able to do it as much as I would like to with my busy schedule. My parents thought of some great traits of what they want in my future husband and everything that my parents would like, I also would like in a future
