I plan to utilize my legs in my fitness goal because I want to build lower body strength as well as build more muscle. Also working on this would increase endurance, improve my metabolism, and contribute to the blood flow in my muscles. The three cardio vascular exercises that I would include during the week is squats, getting on the elliptical, and running. Squats would be beneficial because it improves circulation in the legs, builds muscle, improves flexibility, and does not require me to always be in the gym. For those reasons, this workout in particular during the week should start off as three sets of fifteen and from then on increase by five each day. The elliptical is useful because it burns calories faster, improves the lower body, and in general gives me a total body workout. Because of this, I would get on this machinery for thirty minutes occasion during the week. Equally important, running is valuable since it can alleviate stress, strengthens ones lungs, and contributes to weight control. It is important that I have the energy to finish exercises, have a faster reaction time during workouts, and focus on drills for my safety.
