Through the college search I knew I wanted a rigorous institution that was going to push me to grow as a student and as a person and give me an opportunity to play division 3 football. Jeremy Stephan, a Freshman majoring in Chemistry and on your football team, and I played football together in high school and he knew I also wanted to continue playing football in college and he recommended Macalester. Simultaneously, I was attending multiple football camps where the Macalester coaching staff was recruiting at. I began to build a bond with Coach Davies and he thought I would be a great fit at Macalester.
