When you first walk into speedway it can be a little awkward because you walk straight into the checkout line. Then after you get through or go around the checkout line you have to go to the back which is a room with concrete floors and some of the products. When you first walk in there is a small trash can to your right and then a shelf of candy, chips, and cookies. Then straight in front of you is a shelf full of boxes, some just have supplies in them other have creamers for the coffee. Then you turn to the left and walk a little more into the room there are three sinks to the left with the cleaners on the counter next to them. To your right there is another big shelf, but this one has all of the fountain and freezy replacements on it. Right in front of you is the manager’s office it is used for two things: the manager’s stuff and computer, and the extra cigarettes.

The register looks very complicated but it is quite simple. If you just look at the register without hitting any of the buttons you will see about ten different button maybe twenty on the first screen and those buttons all lead to other buttons.

As you walk a little more there is the deli case which holds all of the cold food items and next to that is the coffee makers and cappuccino maker. Next to that is the doughnut case and then you have finally reached the first isle of the

My previous work experience has exposed me to a variety of team dynamics and I would describe my exposure as very positive. My love for connecting with people has been a major factor in my overall employment success, such as, two management roles before reaching my twenty’s and also a fulfilling career in the financial industry for nine years. Working in a customer service role for the last 14 years I have faced struggles with communication, as well as developed positive skills to work effectively with others. One of the most essential elements I have learned from working as a Financial Advisor is how to build trust with people.
