My father and I navigated the city trying to find all the major sites. On our way to Rockefeller, Studio 54, and everywhere between, I was able to observe the people of New York City. New York is filled with people from all walks of life and every corner of the globe. It seemed like every person was there to achieve big dreams or live a different life.

I want to live where diversity is celebrated and each culture has their own defined space, but they also come together with everyone else to form a community. I want to live where theatre is the main focus of the city and everyone has a chance to shine if they have the passion to do so and strive to be the best. I want to live in New York because it is a history book. One story after another is waiting to be discovered or revisited behind every corner like Ellis island which held millions of immigrants during mass immigration and many families can still trace their ancestors back to immigration stations like Ellis island. In New York there is always an event happening, and city is a never ending bucket list. I remember once hearing that it would take an upwards of 68 years to try every restaurant in New York City if you ate at a new one every day.
