”After Twelve, age isn’t important. Most of us even lose track of how old we are...What’s important is the preparation for adult life and the training you’ll receive.” This quote is from the book, The Giver, and even though it was said in a fictional world where everything is always perfect, it still can relate a great deal to reality. We might not lose track of how we are, or agree that age is not important after twelve, but it is important to be prepared for adulthood. Everyone needs good training, and not only good training, but plenty of training. Whether that is intellectual training, emotional training, or even physical training. There are tons of other types of training people can receive for adulthood, there are three that are extremely important, and that everyone should receive.
The first type of training people should receive is intellectual training. For example, everyone deserves a strong education. Without a good education, it will become harder to be successful in adulthood, and very difficult to earn a good job to be able to accomplish goals and tasks in adulthood. This type of

It might not sound very important, but it certainly is. It is super important to eat healthy, and live a healthy life. The healthier a person is, the stronger their brain becomes, which could lead to becoming smarter. Just one apple, or one orange can be an immense step to living a healthier life. The second key to physical training is to exercise. Exercising can put you in an improved mood, it can gain everyone’s confidence, and more importantly, everyone’s bodies will look exceptional and you will be in a more fitter shape. An obvious part of physical training and a super important one as well is to drink loads of water.
