Suddenly you look in the rear view mirror and see those dreadful flashing red and blue lights and you get that knot in your stomach. It was my worst nightmare, my first speeding ticket. It all started when I was fifteen and had just gotten my drivers license. My mom bought me my dream car at the time, a white Volkswagen bug. I was on cloud nine and thought nothing could ruin it. Then I took some of my friends out for a drive and was cruising around and got stuck behind an extremely slow car. Me being an impatient new driver decided I would speed up and pass them and show my friends how cool I really was.
