Personal Statement: A Career As A Nurse

The thought of becoming a teracher for young kids, have always swimmed in the thoughts of my mind as a child. I have always had that passion and eagerness to want to help and guide them. I have always wanted to know that someday, I would cause a great impact on many of their lives and show them a route to a better future. My first ideals of becoming a nurse mainly had to do with self interest that I had with young kids. My mom always asked me why I always had so much love for kids like that? I remeber always responding, saying that it was because kids were so adorable, they make me laugh because of their cute innocence in what they do and it was just pure joy that comes into my life when Im around them. I was 11 years old when she asked me that, but as I grew up, and I was seeing everything around me in a different manner, I started to think of a career as a nurse and hopefully that way, I would have an impact on children, caring about the most important aspect of their lives which is their healths, and thats when the interest of becoming a nurse really kicked in. I feel like this passion to become a nurse is burning stronger by the days that goes by . What I learned from that experience is that I wanted more than ever to be a nurse and that with education, I will become one.
