My First Group Therapy Session

She reflected on her experience of attending her first group therapy session. She reported that her overall experience was positive. She mentioned that she felt a sense of connection with all the group members but particularly with one participant. She also noted that she was positively surprised to hear others mentioning about their experience of loneliness. She stated that she realized that she was not alone in how she felt about her loneliness.
She reported that she has been exploring her academic options. She shared that she has an increasing interest in studying business. However, for now, she identified that her plan is to stay with her original idea and study Biology.
