I remember the day like it was yesterday. My mother called me and told me to pick my sister up from her job. I had it all panned out, I was going to pick my sister up, drop her off at her apartment, pick up a friend, and go to the football game. It was Friday, October 3rd, 2014 at 5:30pm, the game that I really wanted to watch it was Shoemaker vs Ellison. It was nice and sunny outside, the perfect day to watch football without a jacket. On the way to picking up my sister my plans for the day had changed. I was driving down Stanchuler Loop, and was approaching the intersection between Elms Rd and Stanchuler Loop, about to go through the intersection, I realized that there was a pickup truck about to turn left while I was going through the light at about 40 mph.
