In my lifetime i have experianced alot of memoriable moments, so its a little hard to pick the one that i enjoyed the most, so if i have to choose it would be a concert i attended back in 2010. The concert i attended in 2010 was Anthony Green , if you listen to acoustic music im sure you know who he is , he is a amazing singer/songwriter that not only myself but others can relate to on a personal level. i will never forget al lthe trouble i went through just to make sure i got a ticket , turns out that same day they had almost sold out when everyone found out he was coming to my hometown here in Elpaso. The tickets for Anthony Green were already a little pricey to begin with ,160 dollars may not seem alot to some people but when you have a …show more content…
We exchanged numbers as i was leaving the pawnshop. The concert is about a month away so i have plenty of time to just sitback and enjoy these next four weeks knowing im gonna see one of my favorite artists, i was a little bummed about not having my flatscreen anymore but this was well worth it. A month passes by and it is now the day of the Anthony Green concert , i text sage letting her know im going to pick her up two hours prior to the show, we have to go that early because you can only imagine the line and how long its going to be and i want to be at the very front so i can be face to face with this incrediable musician . As im getting ready im getting really frustrated because i cannot find my favorite pair of pants , i wear those pants for special occasions such as that day . I give up trying to find my pants in the disaster that my room is , so i decide im going to make a quick trip to the mall and grab a new pair. The mall is empty so this makes my search for new pants alot easier then expected , i get to this store called agaci in the mall and purchase black leather pants they are so shiny and new and i was so ecited to get to wear …show more content…
We find parking not as close as we wanted to be to the venue but better then most of the people who are getting there later are getting so we are content with that. After walking a block we get to the line theres so many people are there already it gets us more excited . An hour passes by and we are mid line just anxiously wanting the line to go by faster so we can get inside and reserve our spot in the front , the sun is going down and im getting frustrated. I was frustrated because i am a natrually impatient person , sage starts calming me down by telling me "hey were about ten minutes from being at the front of the line."Suprsingly those ten mintues fly by they are checking our Id 's now and were making our way in with our cool outfits, Sage is wearing a cute little sun dress with a flower in her hair, and i am wearing leather pants and a Anthony Green shirt! My heart is racing i can see him setting up , as hes setting up i can see the merch tables ( tablels of shirts, hats amd cd 's by Anthony Green) i grab myself a water at the front so i keep hydrated because i am sire its going to be hot and stuffy with all the people in this venue , there had to be about 800 + people and that that it isnt the biggest venue !

The concert was presented by University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Department of Music’s UNC Jazz Band on Saturday, October 10th, 2015. The concert venue was located at UNC Kenan Music Building’s Rehearsal Hall. It started from 8pm to 9.40 pm. Compared to all the other concerts that I have gone to, the UNC Jazz Band concert was a definite change in atmosphere as it was a large band consisted of students. The stage was set up really well and has a nice lighting.…

In the past, I want to firstly address that I personally have attended some music concerts on Sacramento State’s campus. However, I had never before attended to a symphonic wind ensemble concert. Before the concert began, I had noticed a large amount of chairs on stage as I found this quite interesting. As it was about to begin, a large amount of musicians wearing black appeared on the stage and were performing a small warmup. As performers, they were a guest group.…

The first real jazz concert that I saw was a Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola. Now this may not be one of the most ideal spots to listen to jazz but it’s still an experience I will never forget. I attended one of the late night sessions which began around 11pm. The featured musician that was going to play was Josh Bruneau. After some research I found that Josh Bruneau is a fairly new jazz musician.…

On Tuesday November 15 2016, we had our very first concert of the year, our jazz concert which was called Jazz It Up. Many people were impressed not just by the 7th graders, but also varsity voices and us 8th graders. We were all great on our songs, and I especially liked the 7th graders songs. Mrs. Hjelm was amazing as she always is when she directs us and when she is our teacher. As always though a few things needed to change.…

I first gained an interest in music in elementary school music class. After playing recorders and learning about the history of music, I was inspired to learn as many different instruments as possible. I began piano lessons in third grade, and started learning cornet a year later. After many years of attending music camps, playing in school and church bands, joining marching band and drumline, and experimenting on my own, I have grown immensely as a musician. My main instruments are trumpet/cornet, piano, marimba, and ukulele.…
