I had an amazing coach that year his name was Tobias also called Tobbe, he was very well known in my club which is one of the best clubs in Europe both men 's and women 's hockey, and having one of the biggest junior investment and has Europe biggest ice rinks facility. He had coached his son 's team which I J20 (junior under twenty) and a nearby men 's team in div 1.
He was just going to help our defenceman on the practice since he by that time was J20 defense coach too, but since it was a huge success having him in the team and the head of hv71 really needed us to go up to the pro league they hired him 100% as an …show more content…
He thought that too much pressure gave us tunnel vision. He said always remember the situation in the game if you not you have been to stressed and always know who you plays with.
He said he can give us good advice but to much information is for practices not for games, it should already be set and everyone would now what to do, even though the play might change depend on the opponents. He had a system but he liked when we improved. He is on the side and not on the ice so it 's up to us to the end and hopefully he had teach us that well so we had good judiciousness and could take fast decision on our own.
He also learned that the best why to succeed is to fail, you never fail on purpose but if you fail on the same stuff every time you might have to thnk it through
