We currently have each other to lean on and advice during difficult times. We understand each other and what each individual expects to be the outcome of the situation. We all want a win win for all. We want my brother that contributes a good amount to the family income to be able to get his own room, so he too can be comfortable and happy. We have our current home to relax, get together, talk, eat etc. Our current space is still important to us, since we still live there and it’s important that we continue to have a shelter plus safety as we continue to face our challenges. We have money which is really tangible for us to use to continue paying our bills at our current location, and doing that helps to continue build our credit, which makes it easier for us when we are ready to move. Money also helps me to purchase gas for my vehicle that enables me to attend interviews where the distance is far. Finding a second job or new good paying job is one of the ways to deal with the challenge we face. With a better job I will be able to support my family more financially. Laptops at home and even computers on school campus, plus Sacramento county computer labs are also tangible resources that I use to search for jobs and turn in my resume. My mom and I also use laptops for finding new apartment complexes to find out more information on location, size and price

First, when making a new diversity training program it is important to get everything in the program that is needed to suit all types of people. The four questions I would ask for my training program would be tell me about your family, ask about their ideas, would you like to meet the new employees, and ask them about their past. These four topics have key information that will allow me to get to know the individual. Tell me about your family: This would be an important factor because employers who know about the employee’s family can keep in touch with them.
