Back when I was in 5th grade, a transfer student from Korea started her first day at St. Finbar and I remember people telling me to talk to her and become friends. So, I became really good friends with her, but a year later, she stopped talking to me and started to bully me. Being in a Catholic school and seeing that no one was really doing anything about this action, I automatically thought, God is never here for me. I eventually started to beat myself up with thoughts and I am not proud to say it. Coming to Biola University was the best decision I have ever made. Coming here and living on campus for a short period of time so far has changed my life. I believe I came to Biola University on God’s calling. Biola helped my faith in Christ strengthen.
