My Long-term Goal Is to go to TMCC to become a dental hygienist and have a part time job as I preserve my college career. Honestly, I am an undecided student, but I know for a fact that I would like to go to college and concentrate on my studies. In order to be successful, I must keep trying and find a way to be happy in this life. So even though I am not certain of the fields of study I would like to go in to, I won’t give up until I find out what would best fit me and my future. I not only want this for myself, but I also want this so I can be able to find a good job in the future that will allow me to give back to my parents and family for all they have provided for me these past few years.…
every time I think about my future I know that it involves going to college and pursuing my interests in science and mathematics. Although my family's experiences with higher education have presented me with some challenges, their experience has also helped me test the integrity of my own desire to go to college and has helped me prove to myself that I will be successful in college because I am doing it for me and not for anyone…

I learned many interesting things about his life and his view of the American Dream.…

Everyone has a goal in life. Whether it is to meet someone he or she finds inspiring, to own a business, to travel the world, everyone works hard to reach that goal. My goal is to earn a degree and find myself with a high-paying job. I also want to help people in life, which is why I am majoring in the Pre-Physician Assistant program here at Marywood University. I want to be able to make a good amount of money while helping people in the process.…

Ever since I was little there have always been two careers that have sparked my interest and that I’ve wanted to pursue. The first career is biopharmaceutical, which I got from my Dad who has a preexisting condition called CIDP which is a rare neurological disorder in which there is inflammation of nerve roots and peripheral nerves. My dad was diagnosed with the disorder in 2009, with this diagnoses I had to step up my role in my family by being there and supporting my parents and siblings. I am ready to attend Wake Young Women’s Leadership Academy is because I am interested in curing rare and preexisting diseases like my dad through leadership. I have been identified academically gifted since elementary school.…
The main reason why I think that HACC is the best choice for me is because of the cost. The rates per credit are around $250 and that is for in-state residents. The total cost for a commuter would be around $13,750 for a student who is full time, which means they are taking 12 credits per term (Stager). This price of $13,750 includes the price of books, supplies, food, and transportation and it is an average price for all HACC students (HACC.edu). I think that I could easily cut some of the cost by trying to buy my books online for a cheaper price or even eating at home to save a lot of money.…
Chasing My Dreams I have achieved many of my goals in life and I am so proud to say that I have reached them, these include graduating high school and getting a nice car, however I have many more dreams and goals to tackle before my hourglass runs out of sand. I plan to travel, I want to go as far as I can and to as many places as possible with a few major places that are a must. I want to have a plantation style house completely done in eighteenth century décor, hopefully I will be able to buy the Briggs-Washington estate in Camden, Alabama. Finally I want to use my gifts and passions to spread happiness to other people.…
What is the American dream? It is quite hard to think about what you would want if you could have it all. As I was thinking about it I realize if you are not happy nothing would salsify you. I want to go to a nice university/college to study nursing. I want a lifestyle where I always want to learn.…
However, through it all I had the courage to push and reevaluate some of these decisions that caused me to lament on reaching my goal. I consciously decided not to hold any grudges toward my parents because hadn’t I suffered, I would never I appreciate life as I do today. I have learned to forgive and not to ever give up upon my dream no matter what. Instead I have used those failures as a platform to stand up tall so I can reach higher and higher. I have grown through it all and experienced many difficulties which in turn prepare me for…

The film industry has always been such a monumental part of my life, it is a unique part of society. During the daily lives of people they are taught that emotion is wrong to show, it means you are weak. Though this teaching is very inapt the industry teaches us that showing emotion (loving, hating, desiring, ect.) is what makes us human. People spend years of their lives doing a mind numbing job that just gets them through life. With television, movies or on the stage you do something that changes the people who are watching in tremendous ways.…
