Kiss Me First Book Report

Do you ever feel like you have to leave the world without saying goodbye and you want someone else to live life for you? “Kiss Me First” by Lottie Moggach took place in an internet world which people were connected through the internet. Leila often struggled to connect with people, particularly with girls at school, but when she was on the internet people understood her. One website she discovered was the Website Red which she had met Adrian the Website’s founder. Adrian asked to meet Leila and with meeting her he asked her to be a part of the Project Tess. Leila never met Tess, but she learned everything about her through emails, chats, Skype and from information such as her mother birthday, her favorite songs, her best friends, and her first kiss. Lelia learned the lesson that something was real wrong with Tess so she steps in to help her regardless of her past. The lesson that Leila learned from this little description from the book is you shouldn’t judge people based on their past, but get to know them better and put yourself in their shoes to understand their story better. Not only did Leila live the life of Tess, but also she learned that she help Tess achieve one goal which was to leave the world without friends and family knowing that she was gone.
