The Importance Of Mother Nature

Mother Nature most of the time is beautiful, sweet, and loving, but sometimes brushes with mother nature could leave you not functional at all or could be even fatal, this is a lesson I had to learn the hard way. Ever since I was little, I have been thrilled by the beauty of nature and the sea that we had in the city where I lived. I would have never thought that nature would harm me in any way. However, due to my constant foolishness and recklessness, I always found myself in deep trouble. While I was trying to enjoy the beauty of nature, I felt like nature was pushing me away and telling me to stop. My experience with nature when I was little was horrific.

We traveled from Alexandria, Egypt to Marsa Matrouh. We got there at 10 am and the first thing we did was to go to the beach. When we got there, the view of the beach was breath-taking, it was absolutely magnificent. I started swimming deeper and deeper while my family had no idea where on earth I was, they started disappearing from my eyesight and the only sound I could hear was the sound of waves. I got really scared and my legs could not even touch the ground. At this point, I did not know what was going on, what should I do? Should I just give up and let myself sink and die since I don’t know how to swim and my family cannot even see me.
