When I arrived DD was in bed asleep. I woke DD up to give DD her morning medication. DD woke up and ate breakfast and went back to sleep until 11:15 PM. DD asked to go to the library. DD and I visited wintergreen and went to the library. DD and I arrived at the house around 3:30 PM. DD's case manager stopped by and left a note. DD returned the case managers call and I spoke with her case manager. She informed me she will stop by and visit with DD this week. DD's case manager questioned me who was taking DD to her bowling practice. She informed me that another staff was supposed to. She wanted to know if anyone was going with her along wit letting me know her bowling practice was approved. DD and I went to her bowling practice at 4:30 PM. DD's
