Being a breadwinner for the family, a soldier, and a student, I’m confronted with multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time. In this type of position, and facing many demands and expectations from various could be taunting.
In the other hand the role of conflict, as viewed by sociologists, is one role in conflict with another. As an example, you would see that a lot in the military. Soldiers socialize for years and friendship is build, and one of them get promoted to a leadership position. At this point, the new leader has to consider and treat the others as subordinates. As the Army is concern, the leader has new demands and expectations from his/her superiors towards his friends.
Based on my own experience, I believe in the role of conflict will be the most difficult in terms of role exit. Like any organization, as in the military, soldiers work and endure hardship together thus build friendship.
