My Trip To Disneyland

Since 1955, Disneyland has been nicknamed “the happiest place on Earth”, a nickname in which I believe is perfectly fitting. I remember the first time I ever visited Disneyland. I was a short, eager fifth grader that couldn’t keep my cool when I had heard the news about the upcoming trip. The week of Disney quickly passed and I was left with nothing but sweet memories. I could not get over my favorite part of the entire trip, exploring California Adventure. The most memorable part of California Adventure had to be the Grizzly River Run, California Screamin’, and no one could forget the magical World of Color.

I reflected back on my life, remembering each time I watched each movie and thought about how great my life truly is. I walked away from that dazzling show, in utter awe and completely humbled. Nothing in my life has ever made me feel slightly the way I did that night. At that point in time I was completely convinced Disneyland was the happiest place on Earth and still do to this very …show more content…
Who knew I could have had so much fun and learned so much from a theme park? I still envision the heart racing river run that reminded me to soak up and remember everything because life goes so fast just like the ride, the California Screamin’ haunting me and daring me not to ride although I did because it had never been more rewarding. Finally, remembering the humbling World of Color show that taught me to never grow up and remember where you came from. Although some could say it was just a trip to a theme park, to me it was a life changing experience that will be ingrained in my memory
