As soon as I started attending the dental school, I perceived that I had reached the right place. An intense training was marked by spending numerous hours in the pre-clinical labs performing exercises of wax tooth carving and physiological experiments. With successful progression from pre-clinical work to clinics, I comprehended that dentistry was much more than just being theoretically sound. Efficaciously doing superior work inside the mouth was no small feat. Hence, my entire clinical phase was spent on treating as many patients as possible and achieving a stout clinical acumen. Getting through the dental school wasn 't the hardest part. The hardest part came when I was exposed to the underprivileged section of the community coming to college as patients. This led to several visits to rural areas for weekly dental camps and me, alongside my colleagues found that a startling number of patients couldn’t reach out to the dental college due to lack of transportation. Hence, we introduced the concept of driving the fully equipped dental van to a variety of locations in the outskirts of the city to make oral health treatments accessible to
