My Experience That Learned An Important Experience In My Life

An event in my life that has taught me an important lesson in my life is the time i went somewhere i wasn't supposed to be. This day not only was i embarrassed but, i broke a bond with my parents who mean the most to be. This day i lied, betrayed, and took advantage of a variety of things. Although the day seemed like hell im grateful that is happened because i learned a valuable lesson. One day last summer my best friend called me on the phone and just went on and on about how this girl was having a pool party on saturday. About thirty minutes into the conversation she stops and says “so are you gonna come? You have to come!” She was pretty convincing and descriptive about who and what was going to be there and it sounded like it was gonna …show more content…
I kissed my dad goodbye and he tells me to be safe and to be home for twelve. I then walked outside to the car and got in with my best friend and we pulled off. After about thirty minutes of riding we finally arrive at the party and I noticed that is was at least three hundred people at this party so I was glad I didn't miss out. We walked in and saw other friends and so we linked up with them and started dancing and laughing just having a good time. We all decided to go get some food and drinks but as i’m walking i feel a soft tug on my arm; when I turned around it’s a tall boy and he was very handsome. He told me that he liked my bathing suit, i giggled and said “thank you”. He asked me to go sit by him and his friends to talk, I told my friends where I was going and we walked off. We began to talk and the conversation just started flowing like a river. I realized that his eyes kept roaming off from me so i looked back to see what he was looking at. But i wish i had kept my head forward because when i turned around it was my parents standing behind me. I quickly rose and before i could say anything my mom said “ lets go”. As i'm walking out i feel as if all eyes are on me, the food i had just ate came right up into the pool and everyone was so disgusted, i literally started running to the car crying. The whole ride home was dead silent. But when we got home the yelling began. I tried so hard to abstain from speaking because i knew it would only make it worst. When the lecturing finally stopped i went to my room and cried not because i had got yelled at but because i broke trust and a bond with my parents. I felt as if i let them down and they would never believe anything i would ever say. It seemed like forever for them to actually let me go somewhere and to gain their trust again. This day taught me not to lie

My excitement was like a like five year old on a sugar rush from eating too much Halloween candy. I had not played Rock Band in seven depressing years. The game forged a very destructive and negative atmosphere, due to the deafening sounds of the musical instruments and songs. I was anxiously moving along to the beat of the song, jumping energetically from side to side.…

The Story Behind my Learning I am a senior in high school which means I have learned, for 13 years of my life, how to read, write, look for details in a writing, close read, and how to fix my own writing. That seems like a lot, but I know that I still do not know everything about reading and writing. I can’t specifically remember the first time I started to read, however I do remember maybe in first or second grade, copying words over and over again trying to learn how to spell them. Then, I definitely remember in third grade starting to write in cursive and learning how the sign my name.…

My First Time Babysitting It was a dark rainy Friday evening, school just let out for the weekend and I was free except I still had one thing to do left, as I was doing a weird walk jog across the campus while trying not to get soaked just to get to the main building, as my phone started to make this weird ringing noise and obviously I got a bunch of looks. When I looked at my phone I saw that my dad was calling me and when I answered my dad told me not to walk home in the rain and just wait it out. Once I got to the main high school building, I walked through the maze of hallways and lockers, and finally just finally I made it to the front of the building. It was still pouring down rain when I looked out of the window, by this time the storm was almost through…
