My Experience Of Racism In The US

I have witnessed many injustices. The common factor in the majority of them was racism. Ever since I was little I have seen or experienced racism in many shapes and forms. My parents were new to the United States a few years prior to when I was born. My dad was the only one with more experience with English out of both my parents and sisters. My sisters learned english while in school; of course but it was a difficult language to understand. I grew up learning both languages in school and at home. Every once in awhile when I went out with my mom there would be the occasional ignorant person with their mock comments like, “Learn English you’re in America” or the other more commonly known phrase, “Go back to your country.” I was too little
