During a difficult time in my country, where everybody was desperate and overwhelmed by the economic and political situation. I started to feel depressed, stressed and hopeless seeing how my country was getting broken, how people were starving, fighting every day for survive. Looking for my future and seeing that there were no options for me, that all that I ever dreamed was gone.
One day I remember that my sister Paola called me and told me that, she wanted me to go with her to a religious camp of her school, where we were going to help others, in a small town called San Mateo located in Maracay Venezuela. This experience made me see how fortunate I am, how thankful we have to be for every blessing, made me understand that doesn’t matter how difficult it seems at the begging, if you think you can make it and you believe in yourself you will be capable of everything, At the end I made a lot of friends, I led my team, I directed the chorus even when I didn’t know any of their songs at the beginning I started to fall in love with each of them, and feel so free when I was there, so blessed, I grew up every day and what I think that was the most I could create bonds with each person I met on that little trip, each of them changed me in a certain way, they made me believe in me, and they taught me that life is about risks that sometimes are worth taking not only to change you yourself if not also to influence others to do It, and I will never say thanks enough to my sister who pushed me even when I was weak, even when I thought I couldn’t, she supported me every
