There are many times that I plan out differentiation for my students on my lesson plans, but I have some trouble implementing them once I start teaching. I get so caught up with the original task at hand that I forget that all students learn at different levels. In turn, I teach to all the students who can learn due to the methods of teaching that I have provided. Students who cannot learn from the way that I am teaching tend to fall into the background. I feel that if I had prepared myself to provide the intervention or remediation assignments to the students that need it I would be able to help students learn at their own pace and at a higher rate. I also feel that if I plan my lessons in a universal design I will meet all students learning styles. I feel that their are many things that I need to work on based on the ratings that I have given myself throughout this entire document. Yes, I have seen tremendous growth, but I am ready to use the recommendations that I that I have given myself to become a better educator for my students. In the future, I seriously plan on putting more focus into become a more flexible educator who is prepared to take on whatever is thrown at them. Additionally, I will work more towards taking initiative and creating more positive relationships with my peers and supervisors.
