I found this to be beneficial because I am controlling what goes into my body; I am losing weight, which means I am getting closer to my goal. When it comes to applying what I have learnt in this class, I will definitely carry on eating moderate meals 4-6 times in a day and continue snacking. I will continue using food tracker to track my food and counting my calories, I think that site is very helpful. In conclusion, this class has helped me by creating a new nutrition program for me that I control and track, now I can count my calories, know which foods to eat and at what times to eat these foods.
