According to the website “ Fitness Goals-What Is Your Workout and Exercise Goal?”, people want to workout and some want to increase strength-build muscle, some want to improve performance-be healthier , some want to losing weight-fat, to get toned, etc. Also it says that they are two types of groups to make a person fitness goals and its Team “Looks”( improving body looks), and Team “Performance”( improving body performs). You don’t need to eat less, just the right amount of food to satisfy yourself. Also it’s important to eat healthy so you could get more fit easier when you 're working out. For that you need a good breakfast because for that first meal you have more energy and ability of burning calories. For an extra boost you could spice your meals with spicy stuff to boost your calorie-burning capabilities or even use lime or oranges to melt more calories. When I was asked to interview someone for my Senior Project, I already had someone in mind. I interviewed Mr. Ford from my BFS(physical strength) class because he had more years of experience with working out and training and also is a student 's coach in sport teams in Ukiah High School and Mendocino College. I interviewed Mr. Ford in person at school, while I was asking some questions he wrote them for me in a blank paper. Basically the things he told are same things of my sources such as, having healthy diet that could help me to getting in shape, also having specific workouts routines to see a difference in my performance. Now that I know more about topic it gave me knowledge to know more in being in a better
