Each day I had to show up an hour before dinner service to get my tasks done. I would replace the menus with a daily features list that chef would compile that afternoon. After that, I would blow the patio and change the linens. Next, I would clean the bathrooms and replace the hand salts. These two classes taught me how to use time management skills effectively, how work ethics plays an important role in the successful business operations, and how organization is important.
