My Ethical Decisions At My Co-Op

Most of my difficult situations have come about when I have been working at my co-op. My experience at Kettering University is tied to my time at work. I have been working with Magna Mirrors of Holland, Michigan for two three-month rotations a year for almost 3 years now. Through working in a manufacturing facility in a small research and development team. Since I work with a small team, I am presented with projects that are normally worked on by full time engineers. Its these kinds of projects where I have found myself in situations that required me to challenge my personal values and make an important ethical decision. The situation that I am going to discuss was when I needed to get data collected and analyzed in a short window of time.
