Educational Goals And Philosophy Essay

My drive to help all students learn has taken my teaching career down an unexpected path. As a child, all I ever wanted to be was a teacher. Now with everything I have experienced from being a classroom teacher to a reading specialist, I have come to realize that I want to make a bigger difference in a child’s education. I want to make an impact on a child’s whole educational experience and prepare them for their future. My educational philosophy and leadership platform is built around my belief that all students can learning and obtain high achievement. All students have the right to a quality educations and it is the primary focus of the school’s to provided that. It is important the teachers set high expectations for all students and support them in anyways necessary to reach these achievement goals. As a school, it is our responsibility to help all students learn and grow so that they can reach their fullest potential academically, emotionally, and socially. To ensure all students are learning and reaching their fullest potential, maintaining a safe and positive school climate is imperative. To maintain a this climate there needs to be a sense of trust established so that both students and staff feel safe and supported. Also, decisions made should be based on what is best for students.
