Why is my education such an essential part of my life? Education is a blessing that not many people in the world have. Therefore, that is why I strive to become a better student every day. When I think about the reality that some children don’t go to school, my heart sinks. I think about how undeserving I am when compared to those children all around the world. However, this is exactly the reason why I have an everlasting motivation to achieve great goals in my life. For this reason, this is why I desire to be a part of the UIC Honors Program.
