I remember that the college was UNC in particular because some people were wearing shirts and sweaters from the bookstore. It was dark outside even though the sun should have been out since I was going to class and doing things that I would normally always do during the day. There were lots of different characters in my dream, most of them were in my class. I do not remember what subject the class was about but I remember it was taking place in an auditorium type of room. My classmates in my all sounded similarly and their faces where unrecognizable, I could not remember anyone I talked too as if I had short term memory loss. "Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty and persistence" I have had many ups and downs over the course of my life thus far. One specific example of this took place during my freshman year of high school. When I started high school it was very challenging for me, partially due to the fact that; during this time, I was lazy, unmotivated and did not really take school seriously. This by far is one of my biggest regrets to this day. Who would ever think that not trying during my freshman year would continue to follow me throughout the course of my academic career.…

The reason that Continuity Hypothesis would be used to interpret the dream is because the student is trying to resolve his daily conflict of dealing with his feeling for his friend, Kathy, who does not share those same feelings. This constant rejection he faces on a daily bases from Kathy would be something that the brain would need to resolve with dreaming. The second theory that could fit this dream was Memory Theory. Memory Theory would also fit this dream because of the student reprocessing memories from his school day. In the dream there is a huge portion that takes place during a schoolroom and school.…

Good evening everyone! The forum assignment for this week requires us to think of a dream we had and then go to a website that claims to be able to interpret what the dream was about. What was the dream that you used with the Dream Dictionary about (if you are not comfortable disclosing the dream skip this question and start with the next one). The dream I chose for this assignment is one I had about five years ago which is still fairly vivid to me even now because it had made absolutely no sense to me.…

I remember that I never actually knew what was going on, neither did I try to. I just followed the rest of the group, and it seemed to work very well. I wasn’t the only one who was from overseas, so it was easy to relate to some of my friends. On the other hand, I had some advantages. I was the fastest runner in the class, and always impressed classmates with my artistic talents.…

It was a Thursday night, on my first week of kindergarten. I hadn’t made many friends because I was so use to playing with my sister, that I wasn’t sure if I knew how to make friends. I wasn’t shy when I was around my immediate family, but if you would put me in a room with people that I didn’t know. Well, I wouldn’t say a word. I would be so quiet that I would just sit there and you could forget that I was in the room.…
