My Definition Of Willpower

To me willpower is the impulse that we use to control decisions. The decisions that we make everyday that will affect our future. For example If I want to lose weight it is going to take willpower to make the choice and the to follow through. Such as writing out a schedule of what to eat and when to eat it, when to exercise, and how long I need to exercise everyday as well as various exercises I can do so that I don’t get bored and increasing the time that I exercise in order to reach my goal weight.

Situations I Face As A College Student

I am having trouble not procrastinating on certain assignments. Often times I read ahead and if I find the assignment boring I start to dread it before I even start it. In the end I procrastinate and have

I need to make my own homework space at home in order to achieve this. Right now I have four different places I can go to do my homework but the quietest place I can go is work. W

The second solution is to set goals when doing homework such as completing a certain amount of the big task in portions. For example instead of reading an entire chapter I need to read a small portion each night.

Personal Life Situation

My car is on the verge of falling apart. This is not an exaggeration I have been driving my car for over seven years now and it has over two hundred and fifty thousand miles on it. The sides are rusting out, the power steering has quit working, and it makes the loudest racket you have ever heard driving down the road. It is no longer my pride and joy it is my eyesore.

Solutions to The Situation

I need to learn to budget a little better. I think that if I could put more money back a week then I could reach my goal of three thousand dollars which is the cost of the new car that I want. By putting back twenty a week I could save up the amount I need
