This week I am choosing to write about is the term prejudice. Prejudice is an unfairly biased and intolerant attitude toward others who belong to an out-group. I chose this term because in America there is still so much prejudice actions and judgments still happening today. So many things tie into this term for example our perception of people from a certain race, the way people do things and the culture one identifies with.
Although many people today say people being prejudice no longer occurs but I believe this is wrong. As a Hispanic young woman I myself have had prejudice comments directed at me, and when someone says things about my ethnicity I feel as though it is being directed to me.
