Gretta Johnson was there at every practice and every event for gymnastics. Well for as much practices and events that she could be there for. Me and Gretta would drive each other far and beyond our limits. When I was in 5th grade I joined at the Sartell sapphires. Gretta was in prep one. I also was placed in prep one when I got to sapphires. For the first two months Gretta hated my guts. Izzy Hollarman was also in prep one at the time. Izzy told me that the reason gretta didn’t like me was because I was at the same gymnastics level as her. I of course thought it was ridiculous. But after a few months we were close friends. Gretta moved up to competition temas before o did. I went crazy!! I worked twice as stronger and twice as better. Eventually I moved up to the same team as her. It felt good to be practicing with her again. At our very first competition we had a sleepover at her house. We stayed up till one; which was not probably the best idea. Then her parents brought us the next day. During competitions you would always want your teammates to do great.
