I am a leader
My life is purposeful because the vision of my life drives me that I am curious about the possibilities with a wide range of my experiences. After reviewing the various messages from my family and peers, I am independently able to identify my core values that define who I am and how they truly drive my life. My core values such as being honest and showing respect, accepting accountability, and committing to a community resonate with me being stronger than I begin.

To begin with the first Core values that include being honest and showing respect, I recognize my honesty role not only as a human being, but also as a leader. However, I have changed my view of leadership. The leadership to me is a lifelong process that describes who we are and how we live by. Moreover, various traits, styles, qualities and each different lifestyle assist individuals to create their own unique values as a leader. Therefore, I am now able to define that everyone is a leader. To motivate and inspire people, I desire to improve my communication ability. Thus, I am focusing on commitments to my words and communication skill in order to develop a great leadership style. When attempting to practice words to communicate effectively will support me learn a wide range of favorable and unfavorable language from people, creating my communication style will guide me how I can encourage and inspire people to be challengeable for their further opportunities while doing a skill collaborative
