During the past four months, I have learned that everything in life happens for a reason, and what life has planned for me will never be the same as what I have planned for myself. I learned to accept a fall back when I see one, and I learned that some forces aren’t to be reckoned with. I have goals that I want to achieve, and I have a vision for the future. It will take hard work and determination to get through the next couple of years, but I believe that I can do it.

They were a little checklist for me, and a great way to hone in what I wanted to do in the span of my senior year. My goal was to get into Bryn Mawr Women’s Liberal Arts College. I still haven’t achieved this goal because I don’t plan on going to this school right away. I believe I still have enough time to achieve this goal. It just won’t be in my senior year. My “Plan A” after graduation will be to attend community college, figure out who I am as a person, and see what I want to do in the future. I don’t want to be tied to one profession my whole life. I want to go out and explore what the world has in store for me. I want to embed the rich cultures, ideas, wisdom and integrity of the world into my daily life. I want to grow, and the best way to start will be to create a relationship with nature, and the people around me. I do not have a second plan as of right now. I know what we plan in our lives is never what God has planned for us. Whatever happens post graduation I will accept with open arms. That is one of the greatest mysteries of life; you never know what will happen in the next thirty
