What do you want to be when you grow up? The question that students are asked soon after they start their school career. A couple of years ago my whole family got sick. Fortunately, I was the only one who didn’t come down with anything. So I made it my priority to take care of them. Everyday, when I got home from school, I would make sure that they were resting comfortably. I made them soup, tea, and every couple hours I would take their temperature and give them their medicine. I was determined to make them as relaxed as possible, not because I felt obligated or because my mother did the same for me when I was ill. It just felt like the right thing to do and I did it without hesitation. Having the opportunity to take care of my family gave me pride and the determination to help others the same as I helped
