My Coach, Hassan Nazari, is the person whom I am setting my standards based on …show more content…
My teammates and I always had bad talks against his because of his actions. Ever since I was young, I can remember how intense the soccer training was when he was on the pitch. I remember when I skipped one training due to lack of sleep, my coach made me run 10 kilometers on the next training session and did not let me practice or talk to my teammates and he didn’t let me play for 3 games. Through these actions, there are many stories. When I was named as the best goal scorer in one season my coach instead of saying congratulation on the award he said don’t think you are big deal, you are just like a regular player to me, he says. In addition, I remember the day I was really mad in the pitch and I was just tackling people because my team was losing, I was screaming at my teammates and specifically to one defender because he wasn’t doing his job right. I was telling my coach to substitute him he is not good he is not doing his job right, 2 minutes in I saw the substitution board says number 10. For a second I was like 10, that me, why me? I was pulled off the pitch and my coach told me I am the coach, not you. There are so many more stories that I can talk about from this incredible guy who I used to call a bad coach because he was making me feel miserable but I am very proud today because he showed me a lot and he made me who I am

Every single time someone’s mom or dad mentions or suggests something to the coach he always blames the player and punishes him.…
