A worldview is a perception. It is how people see and relate to their surrounding by a series of questions. Everyone has a worldview even if they do not know it. It does not have to include religion, but mine does. I have a Christian worldview. My eyes and my heart react differently to things because of how I answer six specific questions. In my Christian worldview, there is one God and He created everything. He is the truth and His word is the truth. This is hard for most people in my generation because we are all about tolerance. If it does not affect us personally, why should we care? But the Bible tells us differently, that we are not of this world, and that makes us outcasts at times. I am okay with that.

This movie came out in 2008 and I went to see it in theatre with my whole youth group. All I knew was that it was a love story but it turned out to be about putting God first. In the movie a man and a woman are married but they have not been getting along. The husband is a firefighter and spends a lot of time at the station avoiding his home and his wife. He is also addicted to pornography. Just when he decides it is time to end the marriage his father gives him a book called The Love Dare (it is a real book which I thought was a great thing.) Each day the book starts with a devotional and then a task that is meant to help the marriage in some way. Around the middle of the book, the dare is to do away with something that hurts your spouse and makes them feel unwanted. The husband knows exactly what God is asking of him and takes his computer outside and smashes it into pieces. This is the turning point in the movie when the wife can no longer ignore her husband.
