In my opinion, my theoretical orientation blends with my Christian values in many ways. First, I am a believer of the family systems and I have witnessed family dysfunction being passed down from one generation to the next in my family. Second, the way my parents raised me has had a big influence in my past and present life. These align with my Christian values because I believe that family is everything. Remember, the Bible tells us to honor thy mother and thy father.
