So I pass all the day snaking from salty crackers and chips to cookies and cake, or I pass the Mc Donald drive through and just buy a burger cheese sandwich that contains a lot of sodium, trans fat and a lot of calories. Therefore, I finished the last spring semester with ten pounds’ weight gain and lack of calcium and B vitamins.
