My Challenge Research Paper

My Challenge

My challenge has put me in the position that I am in today. It has greatly influenced my choice in a career out of high school. My challenge was my first audition on my instrument, the tuba.

I had never wanted to play an instrument at first, however it was a mandatory class to take at my school and it had to be done to pass. As the class went on and I was playing my trombone, my beginning instrument, I had noticed that this was something I was superior at and enjoyed doing. I stayed with the program and wanted to try out to play the tube the next year. My challenge was my first All-District audition, but the problem was I signed up when I was still playing trombone and was to audition on tuba.
