My faith has always been the driving force of my life. I live by the notion that everything happens for a reason. Ecclesiates 3:1 declares, "For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven." When I first began my college career, I struggled trying to find the best career path for myself. For years, I went through the motionsof taking classes and preparing my schedule in a way in which I believed my college experience should be, until one day I realized that I was not enjoying school anymore. Learning was not fun, rather it was becoming more of a chore. So, after years of not being able to connect with the content I was learning, I decided to enroll in a course in the exercise science department. As I became more and more intrigued in this class, I enrolled in more the next semester and finally decided to change my major to exercise science. Since then, I have started to enjoy school and have developed a stronger motivation and desire for this educational field.Although this was not the path I started at the beginning of my college career, I could not be happier with the journey I have gone through to get to the point I am in now. Just when I thought I had a plan for my life, God had a plan that was much bigger.
