1. The job I have selected is JOB 1, the internship (sales assistant). The requirements are as follows: a minimum qualification of a matric certificate, in terms of personality the candidate must be ambitious, self-motivated, have a positive attitude and good communication skills. I believe I am qualified for this job because I poses a matric certificate and further more have distinctions in business studies ( which can be helpful in this field). I was a part of the public speaking team for 2 years and when competing received an A or B symbol therefore it could be said that I have good communication skills. I consider myself to be ambitious and self-motivated as I was chairperson of a committee as well as a head in another. I always strive to do my best no matter how difficult a situation may seem.

For example if you want to start a business you must have the necessary information on how to do so successfully. The career I have chosen to pursue is medicine, specifically paediatrics. My ultimate career goal as a doctor is to help as many people as I can. Last year I conducted a lot of research on places doctors can work other than the traditional hospital or clinic, by doing this I am expanding my knowledge about my chosen career. I came across an advertisement by the South African Defence services ( South African Military) calling for people to join the military as doctors who will serve as military doctors where required ( military bases, military clinics, support troops who are deployed).
